Behind the doors and draws of an old, black coated secretary cabinet family secrets are uncovered. Behind one door a woman is spitting out flies, behind another she is picking her nose. Behind a third the unwilling mother is depicted holding out babies in an arm’s length, together reflecting on the female body as a problematic home.
Exhibited as part of the solo show Unspoken Stories at KØN – Gender Museum Denmark in 2013.
